BEES

Powerful Pest Management does provide bee elimination. We pride ourselves in the number of years of experience we have in this field. Our staff is trained in both European and Africanized Honey Bees eradication methods.

RED FIRE ANTS
Fire ants have become a prevalent problem in the desert. There will be no additional charge to treat a single ant mound; however, if a larger area requires a specific attention (approx. 2 feet or larger) it will require additional with bait (Amdro or Maxforce) or the Injection method may be applicable. The rate of this service reflects the area to be treated. It has been our experience, if the infestation is treated at the earliest occurrence, this infestation will not spread. In the case of fire ants, the Association's cooperation will be required to insure the success of the treatment. We will advise you if the irrigation system must be turned off while the application is being performed.

RATS
We offer a comprehensive program for the control of rodents. The procedure for installation of bait stations is as follows: We use Eaton Tamper-Resistant Stations, the only product that meets local requirements. They are placed where rats most frequently travel. They are secured by means of stakes to prevent movement or spilling of its contents. As problems arise we recommend to the Association additional stations to be installed. We utilize a new rodent bait scanning system, in which scanning labels adhere to the inside of the bait stations, so that our trained technicians can scan and replenish bait stations on a monthly basis depending on the need. 

We also offer Termite Inspection & Correction.

A progressive service provided by Powerful Pest Management is cobweb removal.

This deters spiders and other pests from the units.
